What's it all about?
An interactive and outcome-based workshop focused on lean processes and digitisation . This workshop will provide a brief overview of process systemisation, followed by an interactive session where you will be empowered to create your own process map, identify pain points and improvement opportunities through digitisation, as well as develop a plan of action.
Facilitators of this event include process, lean and digitisation advisors from Velocite.
Speakers
Portia love’s digitising business processes, discovering and using apps to complete tasks in a more efficient way is her passion. She is currently studying a Masters in Technological Futures through Tech Futures Lab, learning about emerging disruptive technology.
Steve has a wealth of innovation and digitisation experience, working with SME's, government agencies and multi-national companies. Passionate about lean processes, innovation and digital technologies, Steve is currently completing a PhD developing a new Agile HRM framework.
Schedule
An interactive workshop that will involve understanding and applying user flows to your individual or business processes. Understanding the current state is essential in developing innovative solutions. Utilising key innovation methodologies, you will work to identify pain points in your processes and start to identify root causes of these issues. Brainstorming around solutions will highlight lean digitisation and software solutions as a key medium to make positive change.
