With a Masters in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Emma brings ~20 years experience and eminence in leadership coaching, strategy and development across various industries. Emma guides and supports leaders throughout technology to help themselves, teams members and teams reach their potential. Most recently Emma has lead ANZ Technology’s delivery of talent programmes and development opportunities through programmes such as Summer of Tech, Tupa Toa, Girlboss Advantage, as well as awarding scholarships and awards across AUT and WelTec including best female technologist, Pacific and Maori awards and best overall technologist
Originally, from Taranaki, Grace joined the team through the 2019 Summer of Tech Programme. A placement on the ANZ Internship Programme followed where Grace has enjoyed building her tech skills via rotations with the Operational tools and services, Strategy and Performance and Tech Business Management teams and now with the Talent & Culture team.
Grace holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Systems and Human Resources from Wellington’s Victoria University. When she’s not helping others build their Tech career, Grace can be found exploring the marine life around Wellington with her family.
