TECH WEEK1 self leadership

What's it all about?

We know that we are all leaders at work. But how can we use digital tech to enhance our self-leadership? The reality is that today there are a plethora of tools and techniques provided by tech, but they are only ever any use if we know them and use them.

In this interactive and practical session, we will discover how you can use various digital tools to explore the concept of self-leadership. This is helpful for yourself, and if you are a leader, for you to learn and pass onto people in your team.

We will explore micro-practices designed to enhance self-leadership and look at a short case study highlighting how these have been used in organisations embracing new ways of working. We will give you an experience that you can build on in future.

As pioneers in the future of work space, we, as the Future of Work Collective, can introduce you to ways of working as used by kiwi innovation teams such as Enspiral, HYPR, IAG, ATEED, AUT, SBC and BDO.

This event will be interactive and immersive. Come prepared to participate.
