What's it all about?

Virtual Reality (VR) for remote robotic operation has attracted attention due to its broad applications in industry, agriculture, medicine ...

A demonstration of this advanced technology has been developed in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Canterbury.

We will start with a brief overview of the technology to give the audience a basic understanding of the system;

then the audience will watch a demo and have the opportunity to play with VR and remote robotic operation.

Each event will have a limited capacity of 15 and the same event will repeat 3 times.

This community event listing is made possible with the support of NZTech the listing
