James is a multi-exit founder with a track record of building successful high-growth digital companies. FileInvite evolved as a solution to the problem of collecting client files inside one of his earlier ventures Zyber, an award-winning (Deloitte Fast 50) digital agency. Coming from a technical background, James has been founding and running businesses for almost 20 years.

At 17, Matty farewelled NZ and began building his global skillset, first in Japan, then in New York. He founded his first company in 2011, a tech sport for coders, where he networked with talented developers and gained insights into what makes teams successful. By 2013, Matty had three more startups in play - a boutique digital marketing agency, which he took from zero to $200k revenue in its first year - plus a data analytics tool and a business development tool.
In 2015, Matty co-founded Hectre, an agritech SaaS company with the mission of empowering fruit growers with the world's simplest orchard technologies.

He founded Medsalv in 2017, which remanufactures single-use medical devices previously destined for the landfill, and sells them back to hospitals at a fraction of the price.
