Campbell is a senior associate in our corporate and commercial team, with a particular focus on technology, IT, outsourcing and privacy.
Campbell provides advice on all corporate and commercial matters including corporate governance and M&A (including contractual due diligence), procurement, privacy and data protection, IT agreements (including SaaS, agile and waterfall software development, and traditional licensing), IP licensing and consumer and marketing law compliance.
Campbell is experienced in the payments and banking sector, having previously worked on secondment to Visa Europe (while working in the UK at a previous firm).
Tom is a senior associate in our banking and financial markets team with extensive experience advising financial markets participants on the structuring, governance, and disclosure of financial products and services.
Tom is focused on ensuring that offerings, including innovative fintech solutions, comply with legal requirements while also meeting clients’ strategic goals. He also helps clients to interact constructively with regulators should any issues arise.
Tom has an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry, and has spent time on secondment to one of New Zealand’s largest financial service providers, a major bank, and a major participant in the insurance sector.
