Wednesday 26 May
11:45am - 2:00pm
This year the format will be an executive roundtable discussion focused on providing the foundations for creating a call to action and tangible targets for New Zealand’s technology ecosystem. The big questions attendees will be challenged to address are:
Tackling the talent war for acute skills shortages - what can we collectively do, as leaders in the tech sector, as the half-life of skills and capabilities shrinks each year? How can New Zealand business leaders and the wider tech ecosystem collaborate to eliminate New Zealand’s persistent productivity gap? Transforming the transformers: How does the executive leadership team need to transform itself in order to help customers transform more effectively? What do New Zealand's tech leaders need to do to bridge the digital equity and diversity gap?
