What's it all about?

Join the discussion as a stakeholder of Digital Inclusion and Youth Technology Skills development in Dunedin.

Hear about what Digital inclusion is, what the government has discerned about it and found are their identified target groups and what each group need to be digitally included.

We want to discuss and learn from others what is happening currently in Dunedin around technology access, education and support.  To learn which groups and communities are currently being supported.  Who is working to support these groups and communities with free technology, subsidised connections and/or free accessible learning round their devices and using their technology to enhance their daily lives.

We then wish to identify which groups and communities we can provide assistance to and what they need to support this need.

We believe we need to work together to create a cohesive support system within Dunedin communities around technology purchasing, learning and use.  So that we can share our resources and fill gaps to create a solid support system and build supportive bridge to get our people over the Digital Divide and become digitally included.
