What's it all about?

Great products solve problems. Great Product Managers’ superpower is getting stuff done, and one of the most important things we do is articulate product strategy and customer value.

We do this work with a variety of tools, techniques, and best practices (think Agile, Canvases, UVP, Jobs to Be Done, Roadmaps) through the product lifecycle.

Join this session to learn and practice key product concepts and practices, in a fun and casual setting.  We’ll get hands-on with techniques to take your product idea from vision to strategy to execution.

This session will be valuable to anyone who has a business to run, a product to build or grow, or just an interest in the field of product management.

Also: This is part 1 of an awesome series.  You don’t need to attend both to get value, but you should!  Check out PM Hour of Power 2: Metrics that Matter to learn more about product metrics, frameworks, and how to measure what matters.

The session is virtual so you can join from anywhere (and you can even wear your pajamas).  We'll send confirmations and links via email prior to the event.
