This event is for changemakers and those passionate about creating better workplaces by harnessing the power of tech, especially with regard to hybrid, virtual and distributed teams. You will learn how to lead the conversation at your workplace to adopt new and better ways of working more suited for today’s environment.
We will talk you through how some of the leading organisations in NZ are dealing with new ways of working - blending technology and humanistic solutions to build great workplaces.
As pioneers in the future of work space, we, as the Future of Work Collective, can introduce you to ways of working as used by kiwi innovation teams such as Enspiral, HYPR, IAG, ATEED, AUT, SBC and BDO. We will look at a short case study, introduce you to various micro-practices and give you lots of hands-on practical experiences for you to put into practice immediately.
This event will be interactive and immersive. Come prepared to participate.
