What's it all about?

Get an indepth look at how Process Mining can be used to dramatically improve clinical and operational processes in the health sector.

This session will draw on existing case studies with the Auckland DHB and a comprehensive range of other health related scenarios.  It will demonstrate how you can use data you already collect to identify the most effective cost savings and operational changes you can make.

What is more, how you can use Process Mining tools to simulate a range of different options to understand which changes will have the most impact – before you implement them.

Hosted in Arkturus’ meeting space, this session is limited to enable all participants to engage and get an up-close and personal look at what is possible.  Essential for anyone in a DHB or private health organisation who is responsible for digital transformation in the year ahead.  Lunch will be provided – limited to one representative per organisation.
