What is Industry 4.0?
We are now experiencing the fourth industrial revolution –dubbed ‘Industry 4.0’. This exciting evolution is characterised by a fusion of technologies that blur the lines between the physical, digital and cyber-physical spaces.
Callaghan Innovation 4.0 Mobile Showcase
As NZ’s leading innovation agency, Callaghan Innovation has developed the 4.0 Mobile Showcase to engage, learn and imagine what is possible with Industry 4.0.
The transportable showcase is travelling around for the first time in Aotearoa and coming to Te Tai Tokerau. This unique showcase is designed to captivate and inspire a broad range of people - suitable for those currently working across our diverse manufacturing landscape right through to our future workforce, students, and enterprising entrepreneurs alike.
Using a purpose-built chocolate-sorting mini-production line, an Industry 4.0 specialist will showcase advanced technologies in action and share successful implementation stories to inspire your next steps.
You can expect:
> An informative, 30-minute session in Te Tai Tokerau.
> A hands-on, engaging experience with cutting-edge technology.
>A knowledgeable host who will guide you through how Industry 4.0 applies to different aspects of manufacturing.
