Business Models in the Digital Age

What's it all about?

A facilitated workshop on Business Models in the Digital Age

Are you an existing business looking to grow your revenue or are you just starting out and have a business idea but not sure where to start?

This workshop will help get your creative juices flowing by sharing some examples of innovative business models that are leveraging tech and are focussed on making the world a better place.  You’ll then have an opportunity to workshop your own idea using an internationally recognised framework that has helped startups and business owners all over the world get started on the right foot.

More specifically this workshop will cover:

  • What a business model is, how it differs from a business plan and why this matters;
  • Examples of the different types of business models prevalent and emerging in a technology-focussed world;
  • How to use the ‘Business Lean Canvas’ to articulate and develop a business idea as well as a practical methodology (Lean Startup) to help you get started.

This workshop is great for small teams (2+) to work together on an idea (many brains make light work), however, we also welcome solo-preneurs with open arms.
