TECH WEEK7 fun

What's it all about?

If people are having fun at work, they work harder, have longer tenure, maintain their composure in a crisis and take better care of the organisation. But is it harder to do now that we all seem to be working remotely or in distributed teams?

Here at the Future of Work Collective, we don't think so. In fact, we think there are plenty of ways that tech can be utilised to inject fun back into the workplace and we want to show you how.

Using a series of micro-practices delivered virtually, we will give you an experience that you can replicate in your team. These micro-practices are used in some of the most pioneering firms working to embrace tech in new ways of working in NZ and around the world.

As pioneers in the future of work space, we can introduce you to ways of working as used by kiwi innovation teams such as Enspiral, HYPR, IAG, ATEED, AUT, SBC and BDO.

This event will be interactive and immersive. Come prepared to participate.
