We present to you the Agony Aunts of Techweek. Mel, Nic and Stella will advise you on any problems and conundrums you have with your people, culture, workplace or transformation.

Meet the agony aunts: Mel Rowsell, cofounder of Vend, responsible for scaling the people and culture and putting the heart into Vend, now working with startups and as HR consultant and coach to entrepreneurs, founders and executives; Nic Kennedy, CEO at Flux Federation, board member at The MindLab, previously Chief Innovation and Ventures officer at PwC, and before that Chief Delivery Officer at Vend and Orion Health. Stella Green, leader in workplace transformation and innovation having worked with some of NZ's best known brands AirNZ, Foodstuffs, Fonterra, Kiwibank, The Warehouse & ZEnergy to reinvent the way they work.
